With great enthusiasm and zeal, Nazareth School, Chandapura, celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2025. The day began with a serene and spiritually uplifting session in the school auditorium, where calming music created an atmosphere of peace appropriate for the occasion.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Sasikala, an assistant teacher and skilled yoga instructor, students from all grades actively participated. She demonstrated various effective asanas—such as breathing exercises, Surya Namaskar, and Tadasana—emphasizing their benefits for flexibility, inner peace, and stress relief.
The Yoga Day celebration was a meaningful experience for both students and teachers, encouraging all to embrace yoga in daily life. Nazareth School, Chandapura, remains committed to promoting yoga as a tool for healthy living and a balanced learning environment.
A Journey Toward the Inner Self
Nazareth School, Banakal, marked International Yoga Day with a meaningful celebration involving its students. The event was honored by the presence of esteemed guests from Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Chikkamagaluru: Bhagya, Prema and Jaya.
